Shaing an apartment with another Swing Couple

So we’ve got a spare room in our apartment in Sydney and we’re thinking of letting it to another couple but thought maybe another couple of Swingers might be fun to try for awhile, we both have the same lifestyle and are very open and expressive. But not sure about it

Personally, I wouldn’t.
In an apartment (especially a smaller space), lines blur very quickly. Privacy, boundaries, downtime, all gone.
It sounds like fun in theory, but living on top of each other is very different to playing together occasionally. Even couples with similar lifestyles need space.
IMO: keep your home your sanctuary and safe space and your fun separate.

I guess it really depends on what you're expecting from that particular arrangement.
The comfort of not having to hide what you're getting up to in your spare time with others, or hoping that it'll become some sort of crazed sex pad where everyone all occupants are involved?
I can certainly see the appeal of sharing a space with like minded folks, but I assume there'd be a level of comfort required which may take some time to build up to.

In theory it seems a fun idea.. In reality lm not too sure. Once familiarity creeps in things change.. For me ' having my own personal space is too important...
