  I did quite a bit rope class in the last year. I can now do basic suspends. So much fun. Love the creativity of rope. I even suspended a couple of my friends outdoors.

  Plenty of online resources you can use. Rope play has got risks attached to it. Some research and reading beforehand is always recommended. Have some good quality safety scissors or shears close by in case of an emergency. Check tension of the rope and check pressure points. Www.theduchy.com is a good place to start
