Push Up Challenge 2024

Today marks the start of the Push Up Challenge where participants do 3,249 pushups over 24 days to raise money for mental health.
135/day is a big ask but spread out over a couple of sessions and following the guide to start easy and finish strong should have you reaching the goal. swapping situps and squats also helps to get there.

Yep, I'm in it and planning to meet and exceed the target again this year. My workplace has embraced this challenge for a few years now so we also have peer pressure dragging others into it.

I'm in, along with about 15 of us from the one job site. It's the one cause that resonates with me and the guys as mental health is such a big issue within the construction industry

Well done to all who participated and completed the challenge.
