Perth men all bark no bite but hide

My partner and myself have been trying to have a successful night of me and several men. We always book the hotel room at a 5 star hotel and usually start around a week prior with a date finder ad and then work from there. We usually invite around 10+ guys every time who say yes and are eager. BUT ,we do, this knowing we would be lucky if 2 show. As the time gets closer most of them suddenly drop of the chatting and then next day are full of excuses.
Anyone had similar experiences and maybe a different method we can use ?

Make them pay up front. Anything free is less valuable and far more droppable than if it's paid for.

Sell it as covering costs for the night and to show how serious they are.

Go to a few a events,clubs on nights thru allow single men ,meet and greets ,,party’s and network ,meet the men face to face and organise from there

I have never tried to organises a gang bang but I have heard they are problematic. Is there a group that do events or specialise in Gang Bang in Perth? I know of a couple in Melbourne and Sydney. I would imagine they could tailor one for your needs and do all the heavy lifting.

Yes this is common. I have also tried to organise gangbangs for female friends and it is not easy. In some ways it is understandable for a man to have the courage to turn up somewhere to meet strangers - especially a group of other men. The only way it worked is if I invited men I already knew in the scene or organised to meet them to say hello before.

While i am here I also add a story a female friend recently told me. She put up a date. Had 12 men and no couples express interest. None lived anywhere near her. Most were unpaid accounts so did not even message. Was a total waste of time for her.

I’m sorry this happened. It’s definitely not a Perth thing sadly, people are just disrespectful of other people’s times and hearts.

If you have existing male friends it might be worth trying to organise it through them, and gives you a bit more safety from relying on total strangers.

Its no where near a ‘Perth men’ problem. There are plenty of successful and reputable gangbangs happening in Perth. They’re just usually set up through established hosts or groups who already have experience and know how to coordinate, screen guys, host etc.
Might be worth linking into one of those networks, rather than carrying the cost of a hotel room with the expectation strangers will follow through.
Once you've got your network established (men screened etc) then look at organising your own.

We've had a few big nights, 5 of us blokes NYE a couple of years ago. But have had plenty of no shows too. Last year we booked a great room in Hervey Bay, had 4 seemingly keen locals arranged, communication seemed good, not one showed up.... Cant suggest any method of increasing the chances of blokes turning up, just gotta understand that some blokes talk the talk but cannot walk the walk! It's just plain hit and miss but clubs can be more reliable if thats your scene....

I think Partyorg might have organised something like this in the past. Maybe ask if they would be interested in helping. There could also be other organisers who have a single men contact list of serious party goers.

I find a lot of men (not all) on RHP in general are unreliable. I have set up meetings many times only to get a last minute cancellation and then the ghosting begins...... I could blame my personality or my fat arse, if id met them, but I don't even get to the meeting stage. We don't get past pleasant chats and basic photos.
