If you've ever had a pap smear you would know what it would feel like as I imagine it would be similar? I've never thought of it being a turn on as I don't find it pleasurable at all, but interesting topic.
I have witnessed male sounding and that was a very different experience to my pap smear at the doctor!

Quite a risky procedure with regards potential damage to the cervix not to mention the high possibility of infection ….

I have been sounding for some years. Both women and men find it enjoyable. I have inserted into the bladder which is an unbelievable sensation. You MUST use clean sterilised sounds. I love to watch women sound. Atm I am concentrating on expanding the penis opening. Currently I can insert a 13.5mm expander. Have pics if your interested.
