Haha! It’s likely to be a pre-requisite. Like, I’m a farmer and there’s only one way to make money and that is to make sure everything on the farm is pregnant!
There are downsides too. My ex wife spent a whole night in the ladies bathroom because every time she sat down someone mentioned the baby. Like fountains. No nursing pads would solve this problem. The baby was quite happy at home with bottles of expressed milk in the fridge.
Quite a fun game, I agree. Just say “baby” and you get a squirt in the face.

There’s a whole kink scene for ANR (Adult nursing relationships) and inducing lactation. I had an ex partner who this was his thing. Unfortunately for him I was the opposite of a jersey cow when I had kids, and even with ALL the medication and stimulation I never had a great supply. But you can induce lactation without being pregnant, you essentially ‘trick’ your body into thinking it’s pregnant with meds, then stop those meds and start the Stimulation (regular breast pumping) and medication (generally something called domperidone).

Metoclopramide is a dopamine antagonist that increases prolactin levels, thereby initiating or augmenting milk production [9] and has been used off-label by practitioners
