  Persistence and more persistence. You can always come to our party when you come to Brisbane after we meet first. Only Premium member can initiate conversations also. We have only been members for a few weeks and still finding our feet but have already made a few new friends after meeting them in person.

  My recommendation would be to get out and meet people in person. Online dating never worked for me for traditional dating, and seems to be the same in this setting. Too time consuming, sometimes deceptive, sometimes you ignore really nice people only because they don't have good photo skills 🤣. Go to events and meet real people, so much more fun to live real life.

  I've frequently heard that events seem to be a great way to meet people, possibly for couples especially.
  None of those typical pre-date concerns and a good night out no matter the outcome.

  Uni opinion: I highly recommend a meet & greet to get the ball rolling and make connections there. It’s a tough environment, made only tougher with AI, catfishing and other disingenuous behaviour.
