  You don’t “have” to - you’d like to but it has a hold over you?
  
  Have you ever tried to understand and rationalise it to evolve the fantasy or make it something deeper than what you state?
  
  I’ve got extremely dark fantasies but I can control them. I have agency over the actions I take no matter how I feel in the moment.
  
  Are you ashamed of it which is why you’re making your statement in the forum?
