Datefinder and the Guest Account

OK so a while back I remember reading a few comments about datefinders. One particular comment that stuck with me is that if you post a date and other parties register their interest for that date, then it's up to the person/people who posted the date to message their preferred potential dates.

But what if you're a Guest account?

Obviously they have no messages to send, so is it poor form if a Guest posts a datefinder expecting others to message about having a date?

Thoughts?

You could be referring to the forum topic we posted, which was titled ‘Interested in expressing interest’.

We wouldn’t it say it’s poor form, it definitely reduces your chances of organising a date if you can’t initiate contact/chat with people.

It is what it is and people can choose to reply if they wish. We try and hang around chat so can be contacted there.

Well if it's poor form, then that would be most of the single females in here that are gueat accounts 😂

I find posting a datefinder a waste of time as mostly other guest accounts register interest but can't message or other that think its an easy lay and haven't read your profile

I rather seek out who I'm interested in and view/like/favourite their profile in the hope they will message

If it was deemed “poor form” then surely guests would not be allowed to put up a datefinder ?

If a guest's unwilling to pay for membership, and the ability to respond to datefinder requests almost demonstrates the date itself is doomed to fail from the beginning. Likely they'll be reluctant to pay for a drink or even a meal. Just my 2 cents opinion.

We are going through some tough times though, and some peoples are more fortunate than others. If someone can pull off a date on a budget, then I'd love to hear about it...lol

I will also add the majority of dates listed are sex workers anyway (couples aside).

I think it dilutes the value somewhat.

I've had some great success with date finder both as a hunter and gatherer. My dates are generally quite specific ie nude beach or events. Hundreds express interest I scroll through like potentials and go from there.

I hunt for my desires via date finder, those whom seek something that's not the automatic pretext copy ie Netflix and chill or end the night with breakfast stand out and spark interest. Having used it for years I can see those who load up 4 days in a row with minimal effort are just doing the process so they can look at dates.

I'm also quite fond of travel finder with all my reviews (validations) I'm like trip advisor 🤣.

Sometimes like life you have to put in some sort of effort to reap the rewards 🥰

I am stereotypical on his site as I am a single woman with a guest account.
