I get what you’re describing, but I’m not sure I’d call that bisexuality in the usual sense. In your example, the husband isn’t really engaging sexually with another man, other than being an observer in a power dynamic.

It feels more like the arousal comes from the situation the psychological aspect of cuckolding where the Mr is bi, rather than from same-sex attraction in any other form. So maybe it’s more “situational arousal” than bisexuality?

This is one of those grey areas of sexuality which is more about the psychological aspect of inter-couple dynamics.
