What do you mean "are you strong enough to take this session"?

There's a massive scale of what could be considered CBT for example a little light bondage at one end to what some would consider serious mutilation with knives and needles at the other end.

The first time a sub mentioned CBT to me I was so brand-new I thought he meant Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I found the book The Family Jewels by Hardy Haberman to be quite a delightful and informative resource. xx Sarah

Can't say i have a high tolerance for CBT but i do enjoy the odd dalliance into the realm of pain from below. i wouldn't want to have them black and blue like i have seen in some videos and pictures though. Well i haven't found anyone I'd let do that yet, but you never know.

I often do a bit of the light hearted stuff, but nobody is hammering nails in my scrotum on a bread board thanks. I can't even watch. It makes my butt cheeks clench spontaneously. I did hear from an acquaintance on here though, who was invited to hammer in some nails... and missed. Same person split some poor dude's foreskin clean open. I love her to bits, by the way, but she knows my limitations.

I love it but not sure how much I can take yet. I have had my balls bound, hit, bitten, kicked, slapped, trodden on etc but always by amateurs who have not taken full control but I would love to try

For anyone interested but not quite into torture why not just try cock and ball play instead. Just the lighter side of things, maybe a bit of rope binding or sensory play with a blindfold and lightly restrained but nothing too serious just to turn the senses right up and make life a bit more interesting. Easy to do, equipment not expensive, the local hardware store will do the trick on the rope and ice is in the freezer, add a few feathers, faux fur, whipped cream and anything else you can think of and you've got a great time on your hands. See how long your man can last.

I've had a lot of experienced over the years. I can take quite a bit. Probably most extreme concept was having several fine dental needles stuff into the shaft. But most extreme pain was having habañero chilli past rubbed all over my c*ck.

I haven't experienced anything on the more 'extreme' end, but the CBT I have participated in, I have loved every bit of it. Even just the thought of it makes me hard, and is something I'd like to continue to explore further at some point.
